LY-6A type Antidripping agent

1.The components of product: LY-6 PE antidripping agent is the mixture of Polyol ester, polyethylene glycol compounds and amine compounds.

3.Uses: Mainly used for flow drop polyethylene greenhouse film, EVA greenhouse film.
4.Features: Its PE, EVA greenhouse film, as the high transparent plastic film flow, there is no flow of common plastic film "bloom" phenomenon, low temperature effect is good, can reduce or eliminate the droplets on the membrane, increase the relative sunlight through the degrees, can improve the tent to moderate ground temperature, dripping lasting period of up to 150 days or more.
5.Method of use: , because of the surfactant is easy to make the screw slippage first commonly made from dripping masterbatch, then with the resin blend blown film.
6.Dosage:
(1) For film of 0.1-0.12mm, dosage is ≥1.8%, increasing dosage for thinner film.  (2) For three-layer composite antifog film, The dosage antidripping agent of antidripping agent: Middle > inner > outer, the total content of antidripping agent should not be less than 1.6%.  (3) For antifog film, dosage of antidripping agent should be increased for keeping balance with antifogging agent.

2. Storage and transportation: avoid moisture and insolation. seal the bag tightly after you use this agent.
